Dr. Mak is very professional, kind, and caring. She listens carefully and explains thoroughly, and doesn’t rush us out the door. My kids feel comfortable and at ease in her office.
Dr. Sheila Mak was extraordinarily patient with my daughter and never gave us grief about the extra time my daughter needed to be comfortable when she had to get her shots. My daughter was terrified and made quite a scene but Dr. Mak showed kindness and sympathy towards myself and my daughter and we ended up being able to complete the shots the same day. Thank you, we'll definitely be back if we need to!
This was our first time at the office. It was very clean, the receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. Dr. Mak spent a lot of time with my daughter and I. She addressed all concerns and helped create a plan for further treatment.
