This was our first time at the office. It was very clean, the receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. Dr. Mak spent a lot of time with my daughter and I. She addressed all concerns and helped create a plan for further treatment.
We drive 50 minutes to make sure our son sees Dr. Mak for our appointments. Granted, appointments are less frequent, but as new parents, she made us feel very comfortable and never made me feel like I had a dumb question. She responds to non-emergency questions very quickly through the app and put our anxieties at ease through the newborn stage.
Very personable, patient and considerate Pediatrician. We have see other docs before her but have not met someone like her who listens carefully and for however long you talk and gives great advice always. She sees both our kids and we cannot recommend her enough.
Great experience! No waiting time, very clean clinic, and the doctor was friendly and informative. Highly recommend.
She is awesome. We have been seeing her with our three kids, now teens, for 8+ years. She takes the time to listen to your concerns, explains the why’s, and gives the right treatment for your child. She is super friendly and knowledgeable. My children love and respect her.
