I called to set up an appt after confirming my insurance covers Dr. Schuler. When asked about my insurance I said it’s All Savers, a part of United Health Care. The office person said I would have to pay all out of pocket and may get reimbursed later. I said I used this insurance with other health care providers only paying the co-pay. The office person said as I was coming in for a surgical procedure, ingrown toe nail, that this was why and was told again I would have to pay the entire amount out of pocket. Dr. Schuler was extremely friendly and I had a great experience as a first time patient. She had no problem answering my questions regarding my foot and even provided plenty of different options I could take in regards to my treatment. I would absolutely recommend her to a friend. She is extremely knowledgeable in all things feet!
Dr. Schuler is wonderful! A very experienced doctor and a caring and kind personality. I have been to her several times and my results have been excellent. I will go back again if need be and would not hesitate to refer family and friends to her.
I have been to 10 doctors in the last year. I visit Dr Schuler today. She is the best. I walked in her office in pain. I walked out pain free.
Dr. Schuler listens to the patient and advises on the best solution for the problem. She advised me to get a cortisone shot, but since I had experienced a horrible injection by another podiatrist in the Nashville area - I didn't want to go through that again. Dr. Schuler explained exactly how she would administer the shot. She was exactly correct - felt like a minor sting - and now I'm on the road to recovery and have a new wonderful new doctor!! Thank you Dr. Schuler!!
