Dr. Kong has such a warm and caring bedside manner, she immediately makes you feel comfortable and at ease. She’s easy to talk to, patient, and takes the time to clearly explain everything without ever making you feel rushed. She was also able to safely and effectively treat my son’s acne scars, even with our darker skin tone, which meant so much to us. Seeing his improvement has truly restored his confidence. We’re so grateful for her care and can’t wait to see the final results as we complete his treatments with her.

I made an appt online on Thursday morning for the following Tuesday at 9am. On Thursday night I came down with a fever. I tried to cancel via their text link but it doesn’t work. I called Friday morning to cancel when I woke up, thinking that’s enough grace to not get a late fee. Nope. They charged me $85. I came to Dr. Kong with the hope of achieving natural looking, fuller lips. My lips are very thin and have a cupids bow, but Dr. Kong was able to sculpt the perfect most natural looking lips for me! I have been in for two appointments and wouldn’t think of going anywhere else in the future. The entire staff is patient and kind, which is so comforting during cosmetic procedures.
