They seem nice on the phone, but they are inconsiderate. I recently moved to this area and had to find someone to refill my medication, so a few weeks back I made an appointment. They just now called to tell me that she will be out for an entire month, and that the next appointment is almost two months out. This puts me in a difficult situation to try and quickly find someone to fit me in before my medication runs out. Inconsiderate.
