This doctor is MIA! I need my medical records and she is no where to be found. Went to the office several times, called etc and she has disappeared! So unprofessional to leave your patients hanging with NO INFO! I need my medical records PLEASE!!!
Where did she go? She was an excellent Doctor - her office phone still works but she is not returning calls and seems to have disappeared. Please advise if you know - my mother needs some Medical records that Dr. Shaw has!🙏

Dr.sheela take my money 💰 for my medical an never send any payment to the bio reference laboratories this doctor 👨⚕️ it not running a Lidget business she’s a scam artists now the bio reference is billing me like crazy........i hate you dr.sheela
Medical asst. Danielle is wonderful . I saw the dr twice in 4 years always seemed rushed and not listening . Teresa the lady in billing sent me to collections on a bill for which I never was sent a statement by their own admission.she will not return my phone calls .very unprofessional
