Dr. Chen is incredibly kind, patient, and compassionate. He always takes the time to truly listen to her and treats her with the utmost respect. It brings our family so much peace of mind knowing she is in such caring hands. We are deeply grateful for everything he does."
Dr. Chen has been my 90 year old father-in-laws doctor since we moved him to Austin. He is compassionate and helpful. We also appreciate that his visits are not in an office. He’s quick to respond when needed.
Dr. Shawn Chen has been my 89 year old mother's physician since she moved into assisted living in Austin. We're so grateful for him! Dr. Chen is very attentive to her health, and is quickly available when she has a special need or I have a question. He personally returns calls within minutes. Always cheerful, and his extensive experience has been invaluable.
Dr. Chen began taking care of my 97 year old mother when she moved to Belmont Senior Living in October 2025. Dr. Chen gave mom excellent care.
