Wonderful
GO ELSEWHERE! The staff is rude. The front desk attendant does not seem like she wants to be there. The other medical assistants are confrontational, and speak loudly about customers while in the back room. The woman, who is the doctor, was kind, but she wasn’t helpful. A medical assistant sat in the room and typed loudly on an unrelated matter during my entire appointment. Dr. Shaw is nice however her office staff is completely incompetent. Patient books appointment months in advance and day of appointment when you show up is informed by receptionist that Dr. Shaw hasn't been in all week. Receptionist never called to cancel appointments, she didn't apologize for the huge inconvenience. Ridiculous. Will never use this practice or recommend it to anyone. Doctor needs to fire receptionist!
Dr. Shawe has a wonderful disposition and is always attentive to my needs. She has an immense amount of knowledge about all skin types and is always up to date on new products or procedures to best serve my sensitive skin!
I had an incredible experience with Dr. Shawe. She addressed a problem that had not properly addressed by prior doctors I had visited. I strongly recommend Dr. Shawe as a great dermatologist.

Dr. Shawe has an amazing bedside manner and innovative treatment ideas. My whole family goes to this office. There are not many doctors like her - warm, intelligent and caring. I would not hesitate to recommend.
