Rude, unfriendly greeting! Technician was unfriendly and reluctantly answered my requests. Will not return to this ADentures. Overpriced!!!
Dr. O'Hearn was extremely caring and careful with me during my extractions. She rubbed my shoulder, was as gentle as she could be, and seems like she really cared about how I was feeling during the entire process. She's one of the best dentists I've been to.
I don't know if I ever even seen her. But I am not happy. I haven't been able to eat in six months, Got my perms yesterday and their terrible. I told them about them and they done nothing. And yes, the ladies at the desk are rude!
Bought their “Top of the line” denture. Wore it for a few days. It was cutting into my gums, causing it to bleed. Called to get it fixed and was told that I had to have an appointment. First appointment was a month away. I asked the receptionist if there was any way to get it fixed sooner as it was painful and bleeding. what a wonderful experience I think it was back in 2013, under horrible circumstances Dr O'hearn really came through and I was very very pleased with the service and the staff. Thank you all so much, I am sending my son for help and only hope one day to win the lottery so I can get the best set of dentures, until then I will be p;leased with the set that Shaun outdone herself on, even noticing an issue with my smile and adjusting for it from the get-go. Her office is Affordable Dentures the two office assistance that you talk to in the front are very rude and very ugly especially over the phone and even at the office. I had dentures made their with in awith in about seven weeks the top one cracked they glued it. Now the bottom one fell apart and a tooth fell out and the top one where they glued it is cracked almost in half. They will not fix them unless I pay to have them fixed. It is the craftsmanship that is so poor why they broke.
It's been about 5 years since I got my dentures and Dr O'hearn and her staff were wonderful in every sense of the word! A real blessing to me!!!
No, no and NO! Lots of pain and they really acted like they couldn't care less..
