No concerns, tests all completed and dr explained results. Very satisfied with explanation
The wait after having my visual acuity checked and intraocular pressures measured was an hour. I view this as too long for a visit with the optometrist which lasted 5-7 minutes. Clearly you don’t agree since the optometrist didn’t apologize. The person who put me in the room for Dr Holliday did not introduce herself. You need to do better and be more respectful of the patient’s time.
Shaun was wonderful. Very thorough and explained everything well.
