If I could leave zero stars, I would without hesitation.This has been one of the most frustrating and disheartening medical experiences I’ve ever had. There is a complete lack of compassion, professionalism, and genuine concern for patients. I have been seeing the Dr. for almost a year. I had an issue of not being able to make it to my appointment. I kept calling, leaving messages and even wrote an email trying to resceduale the appointment to no avail. They call me the day of the appointment and tell me that I am a no call no show and tells me I owe $50 for it. They didn't want to hear anything. This place is always packed and have to wait 3+ hours to see the dr. for a 5 minutes. They have one employee that yells at other employees and patients. Very unfriendly... read more

This place is terrible. I move to from Miami were I saw my pain management Dr for 3 entire years. And I stay in englewood this was the only Dr that takes Humana. I had drive 2 hours to get there and 2 hour going home a total of 4 hour just for this Dr to put in medicine that I’m allergic to. Then he does not even allow you to speak and tell him exactly were the pain is coming from. So all the comments u see on here from years ago y til now well there very much accurate. The staff is very rude. They don’t answer the phones or return calls to the patient or pharmacy. The office needs to be cleaned . The doctor doesn’t listen to your concerns . This doctor is all about money.
