This is one of those very rare doctors who really cares for and pays attention to her patients. They are very overbooked but Dr Lall is very much worth the wait. She has helped me through several very frightening health concerns. Her bedside manner is gentle and professional, her solutions are reasonable and have helped me to recover. Her staff is wonderful, professional and friendly to deal with, they quickly learn your name and are very kind. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.
