The office staff were very rude on numerous occasions. We were once FORGOTTEN in a room with our infant! After leaving the room to find a nurse it was still an hour wait. 3 hours total. The Dr. Also never returned an E.R. inquiry regarding an allergic response in my then 26 month old. I have never posted a bad review online but our experience with this pediatrician was so terrible it needed to be placed in a review.
My son and daughter's pediatrician, now my grandson's doctor. Thorough, prompt service. Excellent staff. 22 years and we wouldnt think of changing.
Have LOVED the speedy visits, the memory of the staff and accurate information provided about our child (10 months now) she is our first child but we have been going since she was 3 days old. Have always had very sweet experiences with staff and Dr but the doc (Dr. Beall) does sometimes seem to be so overwhelmed with patients that she doesn't have time to really spend, sit, and talk about what has been going on with your child.. the nurses are your word of mouth in this office. Dr. Beall is a very caring and thorough doctor. She really takes time for my children and grandbaby. I'm so glad I found her when I moved to GA in 2010.
