Very good. Was good at explaining what was going on and what to expect.
Sharon was great! I loved her honesty in expectation of surgery. She is very thorough and makes sure each patient has the best outcome.
Dr. Richens was very kind to answer my questions and not pushy at all. She told me to take all the time I needed in regards to the procedure. I felt no pressure at all.
We were very pleased with Dr Richens thorough exam on my mom. Our first visit was a long one and we appreciated the staff checking in on us and taking care of our needs. Dr R was on call that day, but she handled it all very professionally. I’m happy that my mom is now her patient, and would highly recommend this practice!
