DO NOT COME TO THIS DOCTORS OFFICE. WHATEVER YOU DO. Please let me save you the time and trouble. They are connected to a hospital and also do labor/delivery. Which means they are unable to schedule normally for patients. You have to call before your appointment time to see how far behind they are, and then you still have to sit in the lobby forever. Dr Greggs is amazing & the first good doctor I've had in longer than I can remember!!! ... But... Just so you know : your office phone system seems to be broken, because it won't let me push any numbers to speak with you guys, schedule another appointment, etc.!!!
I was referred to Dr. Greggs by my primary care physician and I am so thankful. From the front office personnel, to Dr. Greggs and her blood tech, everyone was so nice and welcoming, that I felt like a long time patient, and not a new one. Dr. Greggs is the epitome of professionalism, & kindness and is very thorough in her explanation and breakdown of important information. She made the visit a great one! She and her team members are truly fantastic.
The doctor is good... when you see her. They are constantly running behind. My appointment was pushed back an hour, and I have waited another hour since arriving. I told them I have to leave at 6... maybe I'll see the doctor, maybe I'll be late for work.
