Has become a home ran business who puts themselves before their patients! Not working until their advertised business hours and if you are 10min late to an emergency appointment, they shut the doors and tell you to go to the ER. Called me a liar and refused to hear that my daughter should have come first, she's an infant. They made sure to try to get me in earlier than my appt was and to tell me it was the last appt of the day. Need to reprioritize your staff!

I received a bill from Edgewood Pediatric clinic in Sept of 2021 that had a hand written address and covered 3 years worth of visits which I didn't recall. I called the office manager and asked him to confirm the billing and he said he would get back to me. I never heard back so I assumed that they found a mistake. Dr. Garnand is AMAZING I have been with her for 13 years, she has been our 4 kids pediatrician. She knows her stuff hands down and goes above and beyond at every visit.
