There was no wait time, the front office staff were the nicest and most helpful, the nurse asked questions clearly, the scheduler was great and Dr. Hayes was so nice and truly interested and concerned about why I was there. He gave me options of treatment and things like that and clearly explained everything to me. This place is great!
I am never disappointed when I go to this office! Everyone is warm and inviting, cordial and helpful! Dr. Wolters explains everything to me in detail and answers ant questions I have! I would recommend Eagle at Brassfield to anyone!
I was shocked to call in Monday morning and get an appointment for 12:15 pm; the wait time was minimal. All in all, a very good doctor appointment, especially considering how bad I felt!
Dr. Hayes is one of the best GI doctors I have ever been to or I have seen his work. If one I know that has problems and need to be seen by a doctor in his field of work. I will tell them about him

I saw Dr Walker for a sick visit and she was professional and listened to me. I had to call back because I was not getting better and she called in an antibiotic which soon had me feeling better. Thanks
