The staff is very warm and careing. It's wonderful that they know you by name. The ladies in the front are wonderful. The ladies that do the intake for the doctor's are wonderful. I have been going to Dr Hayes ever since he joined the practice He is an excellent Dr. He has a wonderful bedside manner he talks to you and not at you he listens and he helps you. I would recommend anyone to the practice.
I have the very BEST doctor in the USA...Sharon Wolters...she is compassionate, knowledgeable, thorough and always gives me just the right amount of time to talk through all my concerns. The staff is warm and welcoming when I walk in. My nurse is AWESOME, very much like my doctor. I have and will continue to recommend people!

I have been a patient of Dr. Wolters since she came to Eagle at Brassfield. I love her. She is the best doctor I have ever had. She listens to me, takes time with me and, most important, we are a team. This is very important to me. I want a doctor that will make me part of the team. She sees me as a person and not just a patient. Even though we no longer live in Greensboro, we make the hour long drive because of the service she provides. Barbara Burchell
Dr. Dean Mitchell is the best! I always get courteous service when i arrive and the wait is less then 5 minutes. Mr. Mitchell is very concerned with your health and answers any questions you may have. He also gives great advice will never change Doctors . Mr. Mitchell ROCKS :)
Dr. Gates was not available, so I met with Dr. Wolters. First time meeting her and she was very helpful. Thanks.
Dr Hayes is doing his best to diagnosis and remedy my ongoing, chronic constipation and I am hopeful that this situation will eventually be resolved.
I have been coming too this office for about 24-25 years. Have never gone anywhere else unless it was to their after care clinic. If I go to another doctor that I need to I always have them send a copy of my records back to this office to that they always know what's going on with me. They truly stay on top of everything!
