I was refer to this office by my surgeon. And they have sent over a referral twice. I even Called twice in the past month trying to get an appointment but have not heard back from them. Very unprofessional!

Impossible to get an appointment. They require multiple things before allowing you to schedule, my Dr sent everything over twice and I called to see if they received it for a second time. Only option was to leave a message, never heard back. I don’t have time for these games, go elsewhere & don’t waste your time.

I tried to make an appointment with Live New Endocrinology and they refused to even schedule an appointment all because I have Medicare as a secondary insurance. They stated that “it’s law that we treat Medicare as the primary even though it’s your secondary insurance.” I don’t know what kind of company this is but really have my doubts now on the quality of care that this practice would provide. I hope other patients are treated better than I was.

Dr. Long is a great endocrinologist. She has treated my thyroid disease for about seven years. She's attentive, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. She's quick to respond via portal, has helped with other referrals, and she looks at my whole medical history, not just my thyroid. I always feel she has my entire well-being in mind when making decisions.
