Super kind and sat down to answer all of our questions. She took her time with us and the visit did not feel rushed at all.
I have never met a more RUDE and insensitive human in all my life and I thought I had seen it all. This doctor is extremely condescending and did NOT listen to what my children were trying to tell her other than to pretty much tell them they were lying. I left in tears and I don't recommend Dr. Wilson to anyone. Horrible treatment!
Don't ever take your child to see Dr. Wilson she is so rude. She tries to make you feel like you don't know nothing as a parent. She is very unprofessional in the way that she deal with you and so uncaring. I heard that this practice is now under Duke Health so I recommend anyone who has had a problem with her to make an official complaint with Duke. She doesn't deserve to be a doctor much less a pediatrician who have to deal with parents. She seems like a very bitter woman.
I took my daughter in and she was seen by Dr Wilson and when I tell you it was one of the worst experiences I have ever been through she is the most rudest individual I have ever meet she listened to nothing I had to say but judged me on my parenting skills. I also work in the medical field and have been for over 9 years now and anyone that knows anything about health care knows that have dizziness with several fainting episodes can be something minor or something very serious. Dumbest doctor!!
Don'I took my grand daughter to see Dr. Sharmelle Wilson about three weeks ago for a routine physical and a medical concern I had and she was so rude. I have never been treated so badly in all my years of encountering doctors. First of all she didn't even acknowledge me when she entered the room. She is so unprofessional. She never even touched my grand daughter to do the exam. She didn't listen to her lungs, didn't check her ears or throat, etc. I am filing a complaint with the medical board.
Dr. Wilson's calm and reassuring demeanor instantly put me at ease. I trust her medical knowledge and advice she gives me concerning my daughters. She is highly professional; and, a great asset to the staff at Growing Child!
My experience with Dr. Wilson and her staff was horrible. Dr. Wilson did not complete a full assessment on my son nor did she acknowledge any of the symptoms I reported he was having. After leaving the office I immediately took my son to the urgent care for which he received antibiotics for.
