It is very hard to get in touch with the reception. They stopped taking messages/voicemail and they never pick up the call.. Always one message I am not available. please call after sometime.
Worst customer service experience. Dr Sandeep don’t know how to handle the drivers medical exam I did my exam on 2023 and he don’t upload to icbc and when I say my medical sheet is not Submitted and his receptionist told me to book an appointment if u want to talk to dr and later on she is so rude to me and other staff was yelling at me without knowing the situation. Had worst experience with this Dr, Inspite of reading bad reviews on his profile we decided to go to him as he serves DMC hsptl. He messed up my dad's surgery. He won't even provide you any information on the procedure he is going to do. Not empathetic at all... We regret going to him
I was a patient of dr Sharmas for approx 6 years. Absolutely one of the worst doctors I’ve been in contact with. I had re occurring shoulder pain/ issues in my dominant arm. Since the age of 14/15 at the time I was 17. At this point I had multiple dislocation and had told Dr Sharma about my previous experience with another doctor. I was misdiagnosed constantly told that I am either faking it or that nothing is wrong. I would be in physio anywhere from 3-6 months out of the year every year.
