Been here a few times for dental work. The staff and Dr. Walker are wonderful. I hate going to the dentist but I don't mind going here.

I had a crown replacement done here. After three adjustments I’m still experiencing sensitivity and pressure pain, at this point I rather get a second opinion elsewhere. I’m worse off then when I came here. The level of patient care here is questionable. Not understanding your patients sensitivity to pain and proceeding as if it’s a burden for you to address shows a lack of professionalism I.e. if a patient needs to be numbed, do so. **BEWARE** Scheduled an appointment for my son who had a toothache. The soonest they could see him was almost 10 days later! After my son waited the 10 days to be seen and after arriving at 8 for an 830 appt the receptionist came out to us saying they didnt take our insurance and that they would have called but had no call back number for us after having waited for atleast 45 min! The worse customer service ever . As a new patient , arrived to my appt at least 15/20 mins early as you would most new patient appt due to filling out new patient forms , arrived to a vacant building with a sign posted to call upon arrival for check in as i did. Unfortunately noone was to be seen nor heard off until about after 20 mins later . I was told by a recent patient that they was on lunch , however i wasnt informed this before my appt nor during my follow up the day before ... i thought it was helpful to provide fee... read more
