Dr. Shapiro didn’t even look at me during my long awaited 2.5-minute appt. I was wearing a face mask (during COVID pandemic) and when she gave me the wrong diagnosis I asked her to at least look at my face under the mask where the problem was so she could revise her diagnosis. Needless to say, she was rude and disrespectful, and on my way out she had her secretaries try to sell me the overpriced beauty products they sell. Will not be returning to her care and will not be referring my patients there either.
Dr Shapiro has always been thorough with me, kind and concerned. She always takes her time with me and answers any questions i have.
Dr Shapiro is Very disrespectful of your time. Expect to wait for hours every visit. Consulted with her for 2 years no results!
