My first appointment was excellent. Very little wait time and pleased with Dr. McAllister's professional, efficient and kindness concerning my skin problems.

My waiting experience was 15 minutes in the waiting room and almost 15 minutes in the exam room. I think this is reasonable considering she spent all the time I needed, responding thoughtfully to my issues, old and new. She obviously keeps up with developments and suggests resources we haven't tried yet. I have every confidence in her ability and judgement. She even helped me with my dog!
Dr. McAllister provides thorough care in a professional way that leaves us feeling confident she has our best interests at heart.
Arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment. I was kept waiting for 30 minutes in the waiting room and 30 minutes in the examining room. Keeping a patient waiting for a solid hour is rude and unacceptable.
Love Dr. McAllister. Didn't wait in waiting area but a few minutes and she was right into the examine room right on time.
I have been to four appointments with Dr. McAllister and every time I had to wait a minimum of 30 minutes even to be called back to an exam room. On one visit, I waited 45 minutes in the waiting room and then another 45 minutes in the exam room only to be asked to pay a $150.00 fee for services they were going to render. I waited another 30 minutes to be seen after paying the fee. I just took my daughter today and left after 40 minutes of waiting in the waiting room. Time for a new doctor!
Ridiculous amount of wait time. I came for myself and waited one and half hours and then came with my daughter and waited over a hour again!
