I am really upset about this. I’ve been going to this office for years. I was miss billed $69.13 which is not a big deal but I requested the appointment as a yearly and was requesting a referral during that appointment so I should not have been billed for that appointment at all and the girl at the front desk obviously did not know how to fix the Issue. Shannon has been an amazing doctor who has taken the time to get to know me and understand her best about what I’m going through. She took me serious when other doctors did not. She’s the kind of primary doctor you can have a real connection with and will do her best within her limits to get you the help you need. Highly recommend
Shannon and 👑 King has been my nurse practitioner/doctor for the last past 10 years. I won’t go to anyone else.
What a breath of fresh air Dr King is! It is not easy to find a good primary care these days, so I feel blessed to have found her and the office staff are all amazing as well.
