I always have a great experience however, this particular time, the optometrist examined who examined my eye (Dr. Shannon was off that day), physically touched them & did not wash or sanitize her hands. I didn't realize this fact it was pointed out to me by my husband later on. Otherwise everything went well. Dr. Shannon has always been amazing & her staff quite pleasant.
