Dr. Shannon is professional and great with making you feel comfortable. However, is unable to detect infection or need of root canal. The infection started due to incompetent temporary crown installment; I called three times with one of them being a voice mail while other two calls were made during business hours. Not only did I did not reach anyone, but I was also contacted nearly 48 hours later with a clueless front desk support. I have been seeing Dr. Kaiser for several years and we are very confident and comfortable with her, She is very knowledgeable and very accommodating to me and my family she takes great care of us
Dr. Kaiser is a very nice person and wonderful dentist she makes me feel comfortable every visit and does a wonderful job
Seem as though she always rushes your appointment. Rough.noncaring would not recommend. Hurt feelings Baltimore.
Horrible work. She did crowns on me that all need redo. Each hand open in that i was told was normal by her. How awful to mislead me and others with her crap work. She either cant see, doesnt care, or has no ability. DONT GO

Never been a fan of dentist but Dr. Kaiser is the best. She keeps you relaxed and always professional. I have recommended many people I work with to her.
she is a great dentist. i definitely recommend her she is very gentle and gets you in as soon as possible.
