Edit* no idea how to fix it but definitely 5 stars* new year, new insurance, new doctor, new headaches..... BUT not here. welcoming environment, friendly staff, feels like a family. I felt heard, understood, and have more confidence in my care than I have had in a very long time.
I love Dr. Steel and her staff! They are always easy to talk to and go out of their way to ensure their patients needs are met! Dr. Steel is a well informed doctor with a bed side manner that always puts me at ease! I really appreciate the convenience of being able to have labs, X-rays, etc done at the office!
Dr. Steel is a very compassionate, intelligent and skilled physician. She runs her own practice, serves her community and has served our country. Dr. Steel has treated my family of 5 for many years. We love her so much we have followed her from Ashland city to PV to Clarksville and back to PV when her dream finally came true to open her very own practice. My entire family would recommend Dr. Steel.
if you're looking for a great doctor someone who truly cares about you and your well-being Dr Shannah Steel is the one you need for your family doctor. truly a great person and a wonderful doctor. I have been going to her for the past 5 years and have a great experience every time I go. Love her, best doctor I've ever known!!
I got an allergy test done to start shots, afterwards they never called me to say they got the serum to start. I waited a few months and called to ask about it. They said it was ordered and they would call when it comes in. I never got a phone call.... but I did get my bill. Have had many other communication issues with the office, this was the final one that made me decide to change doctors.
