After my sister's passing Dr. Gunning-Carter did not reach out to my sister's husband or even send a card. Her video on UPMC website claims that her relationship with her patients is of utmost importance. The entire family of my sister definitely doesn't feel that way. We have questions that will never be answered about her care the last two months she was alive that will never be answered. I do not recommend UPMC for any cancer treatments due to lack of communication and insensitivity with their patients.
