Dr. Shane Russell and his staff offer an excellent service. Preparing for surgery, I have never felt as comfortable and confident in the work to be performed. Afterwards, the doctor and office members check in with me periodically and are always prompt in offering advice and next steps.True perfection!

We had a vasectomy reversal August 22. The process was seamless with both Dr. Russell and his staff being very available and accommodating answering emails and phone calls with our questions and concerns. The procedure itself was conveyed to us and their bedside manner was very reassuring, calming both of us and giving us the knowledge and tools to feel better about the process. Currently healing and will be going for analysis in a few weeks to move to the next part of our journey.
Dr. Russell and his staff are amazing!!! I wouldn’t go anywhere else! He’s the reason for our little boy!!!!
Great experience! I heard from Dr. Russel a lot before and after the procedure, so I felt like he was really paying attention and making sure things were OK and I was happy with everything. And perhaps most importantly, 12 months later we have a pregnancy! :)
I would just be beating the same drum as other reviewers. But hey, I'm going to. Dr. Russel is GREAT! I wish he was my primary care physician. Any questions I had, he answered them quickly, clearly, and thoroughly. My procedure was on August 18th, 2021, and as of today(November 19th), my Wife is 24 weeks pregnant and we are expecting our second child. We can't Thank Dr. Shane Russel and his Staff enough.
I had a Vas Reversal in 2020 with Dr Russell. The staff was amazing the facilities were clean. I received excellent care. I did experience some difficulties healing but that was my own fault for rushing back to work and play instead of taking the full amount of time to heal. Dr Russell gave me excellent support following everything. And we are currently in week 15 of our first pregnancy! Thanks to Dr Russell and the amazing work that he does.
I cannot stress enough that the staff for Dr. Shane Russell are absolutely the nicest people on the planet and if you are thinking about a Vasectomy reversal please please see them. I implore you to give them a call because I promise you it will be the best experience of your life medically speaking. Cindy, Colleen, and Dr. Russell made me feel at home every step of the way. Dr. Russell was amazing. Very personalized care. He personally contacted me before and multiple times after my procedure. We had a successful pregnancy in less than 3 months. I cannot recommend him enough.
