Terrible doctor, dis regarded my concerns and told me to come back in a few days to get medicine when I was having problems that moment . Could not do anything for me but charge me a bill just for spending 5 mins with him. There are many more doctors out there, don't waste time or money with this one.
I just signed up with them as a new patient. I called them this morning and was able to make an appointment same day, which was great (I still can't believe that 30 minutes in the waiting room still qualifies as great). They were supposed to call me back in regards to a future appointment, which didn't happen. Then I tried to call them, and their phone number is dead (apparently only in the afternoon, with no voicemail or on-call info). I think it's ridiculou

Iv been with Dr. Shepard for almost a year now and have been very impressed the service that he and his staff have provided.
He is amazing and he truly cares for his patients and is very welcoming.
Complete lack of follow up. Wrote prescription for my wife to fight TB WITHOUT CONDUCTING BLOOD WORK TO DETERMINE if she had latent TB, or if it is a result of vaccine. The meds really caused serious, disabling issues. No action taken to obtain our med records, as promised, to evaluate our medical concerns/ medical expertise needed. Staff and more specifically Mr. Shepard in my experience and estimation have a questionable work ethic.
