Very easy to discuss anything that I have questions about.
It takes him at least 3 days to respond to a prescription refill request, knowing that the medication has run out and not having it could mean having seizures. Waiting three days or more for a doctor to sign off on a prescription refill is ridiculous.Update: called Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday before thanksgiving to get a refill since the meds would run out on Thanksgiving. Very happy with my provider choice
Dr Shepherd is a wonderful Doctor. We followed him to Providence from his practice in Ventura. And we still live in Ventura.
Dr. Sherpard has been my PCP for the last couple of years. He is great. He is very knowledgeable and has an amazing bedside manner.
It was a great experience. The doctor took his time and explained everything to me and listened to my complaints with recommendations
