Over a period of 6 months, my cataract surgery was rescheduled 4 times, and office visits required at least an hour or more in the waiting room, then I was told, when I asked about it that I should get used to it; that wait times could be anywhere from 2-4 hours! Every visit, I was encouraged to opt for procedures my insurance didn't cover. The place feels like a meat market....the patient is the meat. I have decided to seek treatment elswhere.
