I'm an 86-year-old woman with several different ailments I have repeatedly called their office to ask them to please send my record to my primary doctor to no avail if they can't even send you records then what else can they do for you

The person taking the call is very unprofessional and had a very bad attitude. Do not refer anyone to this office.

I would give 0 stars if I could. When I walked in the waiting room was packed and there were even people sitting outside in the 90° heat. I asked the receptionist if all of these people were here to see one doctor or were there multiple doctors present and she said there was only one doctor. She said you can expect to be here 2 to 3 hours for your visit. I said I used to run a doctors office for 30 years and we would never schedule this many patients and make people wait that long so I asked her to cancel my appointment and ... read more
