Dr Ghandi hasn't been seeing patients for the last 4 mos because of Covid. My daughter has to pay 65.00 per month according to his extremely rude receptionist just to get her meds called in each month. This sounds very unethical to me.
Dr. Gandhi is awesome BUT his secretary Tejuana is the ABSOLUTE worse! She is rude and tells many lies. She will argue with you, make you feel like you are inadequate when it is her who doesn't do her job properly. She has the WORST attitude to represent a business. This morning February 8th my husband thecalled to check with Tejuana about a prescription that was suppose to be called in on Feb. 7th because I was frantic about running out of my prescription. I'm sorry I even had to give one star. This doctor is irresponsible and unethical. He is unsympathetic and is only concerned with getting patients in and out in the least time possible. He also threw prescriptions at me as if he just hoped something would work. Apparently his "staff" consists of one incompetent person and she is as rude and uncaring as he is. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this man.
They will never return your call. No bed side matter at all. Help need a new doctor!!!!
This doctor's staff is incompetent,rude and unprofessional. My wife takes the SAME meds every month. This month they "forgot" the script pads and said they would electronically send it to our pharmacy. She called on Tuesday and finally got a call back on FRIDAY AT 5PM! Said they sent it to a pharmacy in Atlanta somewhere and once it's sent...it's sent? Well she calls and it's closed on the weekends! We are firing him as of today!
