Dr.Jalai has been extremely helpful for myslef/wife after seeing many pain specialist within tristate. He is extremely knowledgeable and explains all processes while setting goals for the patient to see relief. He approaches all pain issues/concerns in steps, caring manor and answering all questions and concerns fully. He is always looking at best options/procedures/processes for patients that are not deemed a surgery candidate.
I went to see this dr. In October because I’ve been having severe hip pain. My copay was 180$ which is crazy. I wanted to see if hip injections would help. He said he would prescribe 800 mg ibuprofen and muscle relaxers. The front desk staff said they would call in the script. They didn’t. It took 2 voicemail requests until they finally called in the script but never put in for my muscle relaxers. I left another message. They never responded. I've been a patient of Dr. Jalali's for approximately 10 years, and he is definitely one of the best. When your in his office, he truly wants to know how your doing physically as well as mentally.
