Best root canal experience I have ever had. Everyone was timely, courteous, and friendly. Procedure was 100% pain free, which even I found hard to believe. Dr. Sarram's voice was so soothing and what she said was so confidence inspiring. If you have to get a root canal, this is the place to go.
Dr Sarram performed a root canal for me, that was easy and painless. She was skilled with numbing the area before the procedure, and used a new technology GentleWave.com that does a better job cleaning out root canal than traditional method. when the numbing anesthetic wore off a few hours later, I had absolutely no awareness that I had had a procedure done. She called me the next day to check in with me, but I had nothing to report.
Terrible experience. Lack of proper pain management. Rough and terrible bedside manner. Would not recommend to anyone.
WORST EXPERIENCE.. Was referred here by my regular dentist at Northgate Smiles for a root canal. Be prepared to wait over an hour for appointment, and then to be treated poorly by uncaring, unprofessional and cold Dr. Shahrzad. Worst Doctor I have seen for anything quite frankly. Terrible bedside manner, along with horrible experience all around. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Had my first root canal here recently and was nervous about the procedure. She was very straightforward and professional and completely put my fears at ease. The procedure went very smoothly.
