The office manager instigates arguments with the patients. I’m not sure why this doctor tolerates him, but the customer service here is awful.
I called today to make an appointment, was told to come in for 6pm,I was asked what insurance I had I obviously assumed they took my insurance because they didn't say otherwise, go to pay my copay which is always $40.00 ,I was told I had a deductible and that I had to pay $150.00 ,I never had a deductible before ,so I asked do you take my coverage I waa told I had to pay that amount because my previous doctor must have been mistakenly billing me ,it sounded fishy so while I was in the room waiting to be seen I called my insu... read more
