I’m not a fan of Dr. Mafi’s bedside manner with my mother or even his staff. I think he scares/stresses them out honestly. He says rude stuff like, “You’re not a good patient” - after his office calls my Mom to take an appointment at the last minute at the end of the year? They aren’t prepared either, clearly. I have now been to both offices and 100% can say this Dr and his team are TOP NOTCH! Nadia and Monica were so welcoming and helpful, and the Dr took his time with me and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend both the Woodbridge and Stafford office. Nobody likes to go to the Dr, but this team makes it less stressful.
