I have been a patient of Dr. Shekib for a very long time. Amazing person, amazing Dentist. Disregard unhappy people, you cannot please everyone. My whole family (parents, kids, my wife) we all travel from NJ to keep this amazing doctor as our dentist. As far as dental stories - spent 4 months saving my decaying tooth in 2018. Amazing doctor, won't trust anyone else for my dental work.
I scheduled an appointment almost a week ahead. Showed up 10 min early, the place was closed and no one answered the phone. The reason for the review is that they have a policy that if you don’t show up for the appointment or update them 2 day ahead, there is a significant financial penalty fee. They claim that they called a day before from unknown caller. It’s not relevant based on their policy. I understand that emergency happens, but what is the penalty for my waisted time?
