Dr M. Has been our Dr 30 years. After helping us thru the years With a laundry list of ailments and surgeries, yesterday he gave me the most important thing ever. Peace of mind. My husband has not been well a long time. Yesterday he became the captain of our ship. He is driving and deciding our current Problem. Let's me be able to help care for my husband without worrying. In my eyes, he is and has always been the person I trust most with our health.
Dr. Mabourakh and Dr. Hodges are very thorough and considerate. Unlike some other doctor offices where it's like a car race pit stop. My friend is pleased with their primary care.
Terrible customer service and mannerism. I heard such good things about this provider. I called to make a new patient appointment for my 97yr grandmother who just relocated to Florida. Spoke with the provider he said he couldn’t accept her because she multiple myeloma(first time hearing this) and that she is getting chemotherapy (also unknown to the family). I had the privilege of meeting Dr. Mabourakh while he was treating my mother in law. I was very impressed by his bedside manner and his ability to diagnose her problem. He took his time making her feel comfortable, and spent an extraordinary amount of time making sure that my mother in law, as well as I, understood the nature of her illness.
