I was attended into her practice in Bulleen medical centre today at 8:30am that I have booked my appointment the night before and hoping to see the GP. The receptionist got back to me after 10 minutes that she couldn’t find my name in the system that aaahan mixed up with another patient!!!! Same names!!! I sat waiting for my appointment then she came and told me dr cannot visit me because I haven’t been here since 2017!!! Which was shocking for me I said so what? We have visit Dr Ferdousian for my step daughter . But Dr. Shahla always too nervous to take any appropriate action or may be she just dragging us long for financial purposes. so at best scenario ,she is a nervous nelly otherwise greedy doctor. however just a time waster for us
bad service，waste my time.
