The office staff were incredibly unprofessional, including sending text messages about medical information without verifying that I was the person who they were trying to reach. They also cancelled my appointment day of, for an issue on their end that they attempted to blame on me.
Dr. Asvardi is very professional and personable. She has your best interest in mind.
After being a patient of Dr. Asvadi for several years, I am highly disappointed in her recent advice to have DYSPORT treatment. Dr. Asvadi as well as her staff ensured no side effects and optimal results for this cosmetic treatment. In reality, I experienced significant side effects included rash, headache and nauseous. I also later found out through further research that this product/treatment is not effective in patients over 65 (which I am.)
