I had a truly terrible experience with this doctor's office. The office is consistently dirty and disorganized, creating an unpleasant environment. The staff is incredibly rude, both in person and over the phone. Appointment wait times are excruciatingly long, and I rarely even get to see the doctor. What's worse, they insist on repeatedly requesting unnecessary bloodwork, which should only be done once a year. They lack any modern technology for appointment reminders and are stuck in the past. yes great doctor actually listens to her patients.
I'm not very happy with Dr. Ali and her team. Her work ethic has not been professional at all. She's not very empathetic and doesn't try to understand her patients and their difficulties. She always tries to convince the patients to take unnecessary Lab Tests and tries to have the patients get them done from her medical acquaintances only. The Receptionists are also quite rude and condescending to patients.
You spend more time in the waiting room then in the actual appointment.

Doctor Ali is the best doctor anyone could every have. She and her staff are loving caring people. Dr Ali takes her time and listens to her patients, she doesn't rush you in and out like other doctors do.Dr. Ali loves and cares for the people. Keep up the good work Dr. Ali.
A very knowledgeable family practitioner. Dr. Ali has a lot of experience and has been my doctor for 6 years. She is very pleasant and easy to work with. She doesn't try and sell anything to you. Her staff is also very pleasant. I am a retired physician and she has taken great care of me for my stroke and Parkinson's disease.
