'Skip this doctor. Literally, see ANYONE else. Was an inpatient. This doctor wrote in official patient notes all about an exam that WAS NOT performed. Tell me how he could write 2 to 3 paragraphs about results of a physical exam when he NEVER left the patient doorway?
This office should not be practicing because the staff do not know what they are doing. they are incompetent, rude, unprofessional, dishonest, have zero customer service, and are not trustworthy. If you are an immigrant and you value your immigration process don't set foot in this office. Dr Mahmood, was very kind to me the first time I met him, and has been nothing short of a delight. I had been treating my reflux in my own for many years. I was finally at my breaking point, surely thinking there must be holes in my stomach. It's because of this amazing man, that I am who I am today. We came here for the health check. Got the lab order but with a wrong lab code. Even after repeated requests it was never corrected. Asked to pay again for getting this corrected. Do not have patience to listen. Shuts the door on the face. Upon waiting for a long time and requesting them to help, they did not bother. Wasted lots of time and money. People are rude just can't express. Want to give -ve eating but there is none exists. Don't ever step in
I had a positive experience at my check up. He suggested medication for my throat and within a few days my problem was gone. Dr. Mahmood actually listened to my concerns, and offered advice, not a demand to buy medicine. Would recommend to anyone looking for a stable general practitioner.
The worst doctor I have ever seen! He never did a physical exam and yet he diagnosed me! He never looked at my records but he stated that he can tell what’s wrong with a patient just by looking from afar! Dr. Mahmood is rude, condescending, disrespectful, and truly a waste of a medical license! My appointment was for 12:30pm and I waited an hour and a half to be seen, only to be rushed out!
My caretaker suggest I see him when my current Doctor had me on 18 medicines , for 2 yrs, yet I was becoming more ill, with the last 6 mos in and out of the hospital. I'm 70 with 3 health issues. Dr Mahmood was intelligent and compassionate. He spent his time TRULY listening to me and answering my questions. He explained what the meds my former Doctor had put me on, were doing to my body. He made suggestions not demands. Now I have new hope and LESS meds. I improved quickly because he cared.
Best family doctor I ever had,would highly reccomend him to anyone.
would highly recommend it. Everyone in the office was very friendly and courteous. The doctor gives you time and takes care of any questions you have.
