The wait is short, the doctor is professional and congenial, the staff is efficient. I’m always in and out in less than an hour. That’s important to me.
Never again. If negative stars were an option, that's what I would be selecting. I have never been so disappointed with a doctors office in my life. My husband has had asthma since birth. He is well versed on lung doctors, procedures, what to expect, etc. We've been married for 23 years. I have had my fair share of dealings with pulmonologist doctors and their offices. Very pleasant experience on my first visit here. The receptionists were all very kind and helpful and Dr. Iqbal was both sincere and spent a lengthy amount of time describing my condition and how its generally treated etc. I was very happy with the level of care here and highly recommend. NO wait times either, called up right away!
From the first appointment I had with this Dr office it did not go well. On 3 separate occasions the staff constantly canceled my appointments without my say so. If you call and speak to one representative then call another day and speak to someone else, they will tell you different appointments schedules. I'm not sure how this is happening when they are looking at the same scheduling software. I dont live in Hagerstown so for me to waste time, gas and money to get out there then be told my appointment was canceled pisses me... read more
