He is a good doctor who explains things very well. No problem in seeing him
Dr. Paschal and staff are very concerned and knowledgeable about their patients.
He is very professional and explain matters well. His team is also very professional. Yet, the assistant that checks people out at the exit counter is not well-mannered.
Horrible Experience..The office staff could care les about BLM.
Didn't have a need for an urgent appt, so simply gave a middle answer since an NA option wasn't available. Doctor was friendly, efficient and competent. He explained the problem for my issue. I'm am 90% better with his solution. Pleased since the last podiatrist I went to didn't solve the problem at all. Thanks, Dr. Pascal!
I loved Dr. Paschal when he did surgery on my foot. He was always friendly and explained things well. His staff at both offices was polite and professional. The wait can be long, and he is hard to get on to see. That's why this review is 4 instead of 5.
Dr Paschal was nice enough but the staff leaves much to be desired. I specifically gave them my callback number, but they called me on an unmonitored phone multiple times. Last appointment nurse was not friendly at all. Received instructions from doctor to schedule a procedure - called front desk and she refused to schedule - said I had to do a 3rd consult. Would not let me talk to the doctor. I can't feel confident with a practice where the front office refuses to contact the doctor.
Great doctor, even established patients can't get in to see him without waiting a week. If you experience foot or ankle pain and need to see him for the pain you still get to wait a week.
