Truth be told, I wanted to like them, but I did not. I have had braces twice (second time here at 35). For starts, the bumps they put on your back molars, so you don't break your brackets, gave me to this day, three years later, pain in my jaw joints on both sides. I finally tapped out after three months and asked them to remove those, it was a horrid three months, but they are the experts, so I tried to deal with it. Sweet Staff and Doctors. Very efficient! Definitely will recommend all my friends and family
The doctors know what they are doing. It’s always nerve wrecking when I don’t know exactly what the end result is going to be but Dr. Shae took great care of me and the assistants were amazing as well.
Won’t provide an itemized receipt for anything. Told a certain price over the phone then another way over the original once inside. Awful service
Dr. Shae and her staff are absolutely wonderful. They are prompt in the service; happy, pleasant, and professional in their actions; and most of all, they make you feel comfortable.
