Phlebotomist was stellar. Dr seemed interested in my issues. Was told Dr would call me to discuss results. That didn't happen. I was basically written off and no one told me what to do next for my medical situation. I called to ask questions and was talked to like I'm stupid. I was sent here because I had a positive ANA test. I drove three hours one way. I had prepared a list of my symptoms in advance and my primary care physician sent him all of my conditions and complete medical record in advance. I was so looking forward to this visit because I thought I would finally get some answers and treatment. When I arrived, he didn’t know a single thing about me. Dr. Shahouri is very kind, highly knowledgeable and respected in his field. The ARCK office staff are always professional, courteous and sensitive to the patients' needs.
