Waiting an hour and half past appointment time, without explanation or checking in by team. Fairly cursory examination, without affect or demonstrable concern or interest in patient. I've never written an even slightly negative medical provider review in my life. I really mean this to be an encouragement to her and her team to reconsider how they are coming across to patients. Dr. Sarafzadeh is very professional and thorough. I've had many appointments with her. While I appreciated her medical expertise I felt I was treated with indifference.
This office is a Fast-Food Restaurant (conveyor) with low-quality food and service. All my doctor visits were arranged with Dr. Berg's assistants. Dr. Feinfield could not help me with the pain in my eye and did not want to schedule another appointment.
I had Custom LASIK with Dr. Berg. I'm just a few days out now, but so far I am very happy. I had a minor prescription and mild astigmatism. Dr Berg (along with his staff) were great during the consultation. Like any doctor Dr. Berg has a lot of patients and is short on time, but he did want to answer as many questions as he could while he was with me. He is an unpleasant and arrogant person. I didn’t find him particularly knowledgeable either. Stay away.

The biggest regret of my life was doing LASIK with Dr. Berg. According to the office I was a perfect candidate for the surgery. Before the surgery I didn't have eye pain or migraines. Since the LASIK surgery early in 2009,my life has been miserable because of eye pain. he was not helpful at all and he was not welcoming as he was before the surgery. Some told me to sue but I didn't. Please be careful with your eyes and neck. Don't let just anyone touches them as it can ruin lives as it did for me
I was very pleased with the treatment and result of my surgery and implant for vision correctness
