Dr Roundy and Staff made me feel comfortable in the Anderson office. But did not control my pain well afterwards for post operative relief.
Dr. Roundy fit me into his schedule as an emergency patient when I had an oral infection that I would have died from. He and his staff are extremely kind and friendly. I will never have enough good things to see about Dr Roundy. I owe him my life.
Dr Roundy is very kind and gentle! Him and all of the staff are so friendly and make you feel at home.
Staff was pleasant. Dr. Roundy was pleasant. Due to the fact that he has two offices, getting back biopsy results is difficult. He told me I would have a call in 5 to 7 days. When I called the office after 8 days I was told the protocol was what and when Dr. Roundy felt like calling and it could be two weeks. Petrifying for a patient to wait so long and have the staff member be so mater of fact. Two offices may be too many for Dr. Roundy if he can't call patients with their biopsy results in a timely manner.
Absolutely would and have recommended Dr. Roundy to ALL my family and friends! He is very kind and caring!
I had absolutely amazing experience today with Dr Roundy ! My tooth was out in no time. He Made Me feel relaxed and he explained every step. I had absolutely No pain. Staff was excellent and very friendly. You will have no more fear of the dentist with this guy. He is seriously the Best in town !
They don't care if your in serious pain. They wont squeeze you in if it's an emergency.
Starting the process for a second tooth implant, with the first done by a different oral surgeon. The first extract was terribly painful afterward. Dr. Roundy extracted this second one, and I have been totally pain-free, totally. Am hoping the remaining process goes this smoothly. Dr. Roundy is very personable & calming, too.
I had an extraction and was very impressed with Dr. Roundy and his staff. There was not only no pain there was no stress. They help you stay calm and are all so nice and caring. I would recommend Dr. Roundy (already have) and if I need help in the future I will be back!
